What currency are the prices on the site?

All prices are listed in Euros (€).


When will my order ship?

We aim to process and ship your order within 24–48 hours.
📦 Delivery time within the Netherlands is 1–5 business days (excluding holidays).
You will receive a tracking number within 1–3 business days after your order has shipped.

Can I return my order? What if there's an issue?

Yes! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product arrives damaged or defective.
You have 30 days to return your item for a full refund.
Return shipping is at your own cost. Once we’ve received the product, we’ll refund the full amount.

📌 Make sure to include your name and order number in the return package.

Note: If your package is still on the way, please wait for it to arrive before requesting a return.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order free of charge, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
If it has already been shipped, you can still return it for a full refund after receiving it.


I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at thecathouse.nl@gmail.com within 24 hours.

After 24 hours, we can no longer guarantee a correction or refund.


How long does shipping take?

For customers in the Netherlands, shipping takes 1–5 business days.
We ship from local fulfillment centers to ensure fast delivery.
International shipping may take longer.
